"I booked the hotel executive suite, this was my second time this month I stayed here at the Quinta. The first time I stayed this month there was no room service and this second time I stayed in the exec. Suite I also didn’t receive it. We needed towels, trash taken out and the room to be fixed. The room service is the only thing I would point out as negative. The staff is amazing! I love the attention and detail they carry out whenever I have a question or if I am buying something.
