"When I first arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke and as well as very musty. The people at the front desk were quick to correct this and housekeeping freshen the whole room up and re-vacuumed. So my several nights there were pleasant."

"We stayed here because it is such a short drive from upper Manhattan since we had to be at Columbia Presbyterian hospital for an early appointment. The hotel has been renovated since we were there four years ago. Our only criticism is that despite our having left at 6:00 am, when we returned at 3:00 pm our room had not been cleaned."
