"The property is an old place. Old worn out towel, only one towel. No toilet paper. AC was leaking and water was falling on the bed. I had to call in to get it fixed. "Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel . "

"Nightmare experience. First they could not find reservation. I booked a triple room but they gave a single room. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and super smelly. Staff are arguing but not helping the situation. They double charged me even though I prepaid with Expedia. "
