"This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. There were hairs on the bed and counters, stains on bedding and countertops looked like they hadn’t been wiped down properly. Looked like bed had been laid on. Picture on the wall had red marker outlining a creepy devil like figure. The window was left open and there were homeless people outside the hotel watching everything. My daughter felt very unsafe and asked to change rooms to the second floor.
