"It was easy to locate and close enough from the train station to walk.Also very close to the AYUNTAMIENTO and police Department as I felt safe in this zone. I loved how they gave us vlean towels and cleaned our rooms, with an extra refrigerator and microwave outside in a different room. I felt like I was more at home. "

"Breakfast is really good. Bedrooms and beds are on the small side. Looks like a common characteristic around Madrid hotels. Location is convenient. Need to walk 10 min to subway or bus stops. "

"Quiet with a comfortable bed. Very nice and clean. Nothing open but it was Sunday. Some of the staff made a valiant attempt to not be openly rude. Some didn't. Night staff should make more of an effort with slamming those doors at 4am :) "

"Generally fine, although my room was at the end of a corridor and the internet didn't stretch that far. The staff were helpful and moved me to a new room with internet after a couple of days. Otherwise no complaints. The furnishing in both rooms was a little tired, but OK for the price."

"The location was nice but for those who prefer a city center location, this required multiple trains to get there. It is conveniently located across the street from coffee and bakery, along with a grocery store. The Metro entrance is nearby as well."
