"The staff was immediately friendly and kind. They helped us upgrade our room, leave our bags before check-in, and gave us a tour of the guesthouse. The kitchen was clean and big. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There is no soap or shampoo but it was okay as we brought our own. "

"This is located at prime location, right next to the cp.pt Coimbra-A train station. This is so great! The property has been run by a team/family very proud of their job. Think about the whole street front facing building you own! Staff is super friendly snd helpful. The property is old and updated to modern. I did not check for Wi-Fi. "When we arrive was a town local band right inthe entrance and 3 tables with old people drinking and so.e people was fight. Was a scary town and scary town. We leave the town right away. Nothing like is in the google, Home app or boking app."

"The host was very welcoming and it was nice and quiet - exactly what we needed our first night in Portugal to sleep off the jet lag."

"The place is good enough for the price but, the rooms have no mosquito netting on the windows so you can't sleep with the window open. We got badly bitten in the night by mosquitos and there is no aircon as expected for the price, the room did not even have a fan. We went home a day early because we did not want another night. "

"- We didn't receive any check-in info prior to arriving. Check in code didn't work until we were given a new one. - Upon arrival, we were allotted a single room instead of two, and bed sizes were incorrect. - There were no toiletries. When I communicated to Ana, I was asked " why I didn't tell all these things to the cleaning person" when I had the chance. That is not my job nor theirs.
