"The pictures were n the sight are deceiving,the property was damp and dirty and we could not stay in it,apparently it was cleaned two weeks prior to our stay,cleaning should have been done the day before,the owner was very uncooperative,and has not issued a refund ,indeed he has ignored my request"

"Just returned home from a lovely stay at The Sandrock in Lynton. The Sandrock is a little out of the way of the main high street but still only a 5 minute walk to the shops etc. We stayed in room 4 which was clean and well appointed, the en suite was spacious (huge infact!)and the towels really fluffy, it was also super clean and tidy. "Moorlands was perfect for us as they don’t allow dogs. Beautiful location lovely sea views and very peaceful. Impeccably clean and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The hosts mark and desi were very friendly and accommodating and like old friends upon meeting them and we can’t wait to stay again as it’s perfect for exploring the coastal paths."
