Had to go to Caucina restaurant for dinner because room service would not answer. Next day I waited 30 minutes for a bucket of Ice."

A the hotel entrance, there was a coffee shop. During the day, they serve a limited but nice food menu. At night, the waitresses and other women working there try to stiff you for every dinar you've got. Don't go to the coffee shop at night!
