"The check-in person (wish I could remember his name!!) and Mary in the breakfast area were excellent! So friendly and personable! Our room was not all that clean, but I wonder if it’s just that everything is old. The kitchen Cora chair was stained and nasty! I would recommend that it be discarded. The lobby was bright and clean, though. Perhaps renovations are going on? I would hope so. We will stay again, but this hotel is not up to the standards we usually see from Hampton Inn."

"The hotel was clean and right next to the shopping center. The breakfast in the morning was good. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely will be coming back. $100 room deposit. No smoking. "

"The hotel was nice but a little dated. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast buffet was clean with a nice variety of choices. Walking distance to some excellent restaurants and McDonald's as well as the main street in town. Over all it was a very nice experience. "

"Came for a dance competition. Not many hotel options in Henderson. The breakfast is good for hotel breakfast. Luckily they are doing some renovations. The room is clean and you can tell they are working on updates. "

"Fairfield Inn is a great hotel. Nelson makes sure of the property cleanliness and makes sure that the guest experience is good. Helena prepares a great breakfast. Really like the pool and hot-tub area. I'll be back soon enough. -Michael"

"Staff: very accommodating. We were assigned a room with a very noisy neighbor. After bringing the issue up to the front desk, we were moved to a quieter room down the hall. Rooms are adequate, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple with not many choices. Coffee came out of a machine. Would have been much better if brewed fresh. "
