"Maya at the front desk during check in was excellent, really superb customer service skills! Room was below my standards cleanliness wise, many hairs in the bathroom and sink. In the morning, breakfast staff very helpful and breakfast options plentiful. 2 staff at the front desk during check out who were more interested in talking to one another rather than acknowledging me as a guest. I did get checked out in a timely manner, while the 2 discussed the overnight tasks that came in. I will stay...

"I really enjoyed my stay. The manager was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room, as well as a hairdryer, and little soaps and shampoos. In the vending and ice machine room, there were washing machines to do your laundry, which I have found to be very rare. AND, to top it off, they offered breakfast in the morning, with coffee, cereal, muffins, fruit and bagels, on which you could put the perfectly sized scrambled egg...
