My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. "This was a great economical spot for a quick nights stay on a road trip. Room was clean, I like the old motor lodges where you can park directly in front of the room. It’s definitely not a resort so don’t expect high end, but it was perfect for my needs. Cool Route 66 and local history museum about a mile up the road and plenty of fast food options. And a grocery store nearby"

"Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel. "

"The property is poorly maintained. Windows were left unlocked to the room I rented. The linens were soiled. The room advertised a microwave. The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment "
