"Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Lovely character hotel which could have been made something special with a bit of thought. Great location if you like staying in the centre of a town, not ideal if you don't. Very easy to find but the parking was dire. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special. "

"Wifi didn’t work Front desk said it was ok not couldn’t even text Hotel is isolated on a toll road You have to travel 7 km from nearest town pay toll Turn around and pay toll again Restaurant and store prices are high! They know your stuck!"

"This is a secluded mountain location. The staff are friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, it is a must if you are staying her to try the restaurant. There is a spa which I didn’t use. "

"it was very tranquil area, also quiet room. The bathroom had some dangerous steps around, as well as the access from the corridor to the room itself. And the bathroom door being of glass was making the use of it a bit uncomfortable as for privacy is concern "
