"Human faeces back flowed up the bathroom sink. Bathroom mirror broken edge was dangerous. Bathroom door water damaged & couldn’t close it. Unable to leave window open for any air. horrendous noise from school & nightlife. No reception & no check in/out instructions. Had to leave property due to bathroom issue -no contact from owner regarding problem but charged full fee anyway. "

"A lovely view across Gros bay from this seafront hotel . Our host in reception gave great local advice for bars and pinxos, as well as some handy basque phrases to use. The seaview room was modern and on dual levels (step up to seating / seaview window) and light was maximised by the use of an opaque glass enclosure around the shower / toilet room. We enjoyed the walk around the bay to reach the old town, aquarium & marina areas. Staff were helpful and warm throughout our stay and were a credit...
