"Extended for a week. Very accomedating. 100 pesos cheaper per night at the front desk. A bit noisey on ground floor moved up and all good. Easy shopping many resturants 2 blocks from centro plaza"

"The property did not respond to emails or phone calls. No code to get in was ever sent Phone calls from me or the neighbor lady were not answered . We never got into the property and had to find alternative accommodations for the night..The address is wrong and 121 takes you to a run down building so you must be a bit of a detective to even find the correct building Would it be hard to put your house numbet on your building? The neighborhood is more run down then i would have thought. I cant say...

"We booked a room with a single bed but got a tiny room with two tiny very hard beds. There was no breakfast available, not even coffee in the morning.. the restaurant was closed completely. No air conditioning, just a fan with tiny slatted windows. Calling this place a “Boutique Hotel” is a joke..we stayed at hotels in truck stops better than this… we couldn’t wait to leave"

"The hotel is well located, close to the downtown of this San Sebastián. Parking can be a challenge - on street parking in narrow one way streets. The room was clean, but in poor state of repair. The door has large gaps allowing outside noise in. The bathroom floor drain allows sewage odour into the room. No bathroom curtain - the bathroom floor was flooded and dangerous slippery. Low water pressures. No fridge."
