"Room smelt of mold. Comfy bed but room is not as nice as in pictures (at all). Shower was extremely used. No kitchen, could not even used the microwave in the cafe attached to hostel. Have been travelling in South America for 2 months and this was the worst place we stayed at. Really just a very old, moist room and an ok shared bathroom."

"Drove around Lota for two hours trying to find the hotel and never did find it. No one in the town knew where it was either. The address listed is on a street with no hotel. Maybe there is an issue with how it is listed, but it seems as if the place either does not exist anymore or the address is incorrect."
