"I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. I don’t know why they call it a deluxe room because there’s nothing luxurious in that room. The room had a musty odor and the bedsheets were damp. "Terrible place to stay. Ac is not cooling properly, no water the next day and no parking!"

"The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"

"Very difficult to find. Not ready to accept guests as it is a house not renovated to be hotel-like. The receiving bench is covered with dirty linen/seat cover. The house is not attractive to guests. It was not designed to accomodate paying guests. The toilet is dirty although the water supply is good. The room is very hot, no ventilation. "

"The property is 8 mns walk to SM, walkable to The Cathedral, 15 mns to Burnham Park, its in a street where its quite busy, noisy if u open your window . Condo building is fine,with small convenience store/ shops inside. This is a review of another unit coz the host switch us last minute due to some problem on the original 4LW10 unit.
