"Don't let appearances fool you. This is a wonderful little gem off the beaten path. The Hotel is very clean and the food is delicious (the husband/ owner is the chef). The staff couldn't be nicer and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The owners, Pascale and Henri are very sweet, as is Nina who takes care of the breakfast and other things around the property. The pool is big and well maintained. "Nice setting.Rooms very noisey as walls paper thin. Extra expense of 40 euros to clean the room and hotel asks you to wash all crockery, clean room and dispose of all rubbish which I think is asking a little to much considering the cleaning charge is added to your bill!!!! However lovely pool area."

La residence n est pas entretenue au niveau des espaces vert et chemin au sein de la residence. Il y a 2 piscines. Une grande et une petite avec un profondeur de 1,10m idéale pour les enfants. Les plages sont a 10-15 minutes en voiture. On a 15 minutes du port de calvi. Il y a un spar et boulangerie a moins de 5 minutes en voiture."

The room smelt musty, there was mould around cracked tiles in the bathroom, the windows had that hazy look of ingrained dust and grime, the bedroom carpet was ancient & stained and the fabric on the corners of the bed was ripped. "We stayed one night and arrived at 9pm, straight off the ferry (it’s quite a drive). When we arrived the restaurant was closed, but there was a super pizza restaurant about 5kms away… great find, fun owner!! The refuge has great views and it’s a must in terms of driving in and out to the south. Put it on your list!!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights in August. Our cabin was great, compact but not cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed, a 2-ring hob which heated up quickly, plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery for 2 people. The place was clean and the area was quiet. Our cabin was located on the edge of the compound so the wifi signal was quite poor, and the room had no air-con so it was very sticky at night making it difficult to sleep at times, but there was a fan which we kept on at night.
