"Disgusting stay. The water went out during middle of showers, electricity went out taking out the WIFI. The family room consisted of 4 single beds all crammed into a small room. The covers were all stained with what appear like blood and during check out, they claimed we had stained them with orange juice demanding we pay $150,000 pesos for a dry clean. They are thieves. "Made the reservation. Upon arrival the hotel was full and could not stay on it. Staff did not help, they just told us it was a problem with the system and to leave. Had to find a differet hotel at 9 pm on an area which looks unsafe."
