"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."

"What a brilliant location, shame the 'honeymoon suite' didn't live up to expectations. Four beds in room, black mould in shower tray, yuck, generally poor condition. Don't get me wrong, eco fantastic but seen much better eco accommodation. Food was excellent, loved meeting people, kayaking, swimming etc and room did have an amazing balcony to watch river/jungle life. Stayed 2 nights & irritated could only pay by cash!!!! "My visit started badly because they had no record of my booking. Only after I showed them my confirmed booking did the receptionist stop trying to make me pay for one of their two remaining expensive rooms and referred to a superior. The place is expensive for its condition, by Guatemalan standards, but OK if you tell yourself you are supporting orphans. (The place is run by an outfit supporting orphans.)
