"This hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. I think people often times look at every little detail and give bad reviews over the most minor things. You also will get excellent service when you Tip the housekeeping staff as well as front desk staff when being assisted. "

"Nice for the price! Didn't smell bad at all! (pet peeve of mine!) Don't expect much for breakfast though... they have been out of juice for quite some time by the looks of other ratings! Again, nice place to stop to sleep- would stay again! "

"This is the third time we've stayed in Tupelo at the Home 2 Suites and each time the customer service is outstanding. The front desk staff is exceptionally courteous, so welcome after a long road trip. Front desk associate, Soloman, made our stay very enjoyable with his friendly demeanor. Good restaurants close by and great access to interstate. Great choice for Tupelo lodging."

"The hotel was in a great location. Everything from the front entrance up to my hotel room was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Check was a breeze. My only complaint is a saw a roach in the lobby area, and I didn’t know this hotel allow pets. Those two things made me uncomfortable and I didn’t want to sleep in the bed after I saw them. I won’t stay there again for those reasons only. "

"Clean comfortable room. Only negative was no coffee maker in room though coffee and tea were available in the lobby. Also you need to drive a bit to get to any restaurants. "

"I really liked the convenience of the location to different restaurants and shopping. Staff was super friendly. Also, I was only 20 minutes to the location of the plant. The only thing I did not like was that the furniture in the room was beat up and missing chunks of wood. HVAC unit would not turn off no matter what I tried. "

"Nice convenient parking, close to highway IHOP and Cracker Barrel. Needs new carpeting in the hallway plus updating but all in all it was a nice quiet place to stay with comfortable beds "
