"I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Hotel raffraîchi en plein centre de Jonzac, ce qui lui confère une situation d'exception. L'hôtel est calme mais les planchers craquent (ce qui fait que si vous avez une chambre au-dessus, vous entendez le déplacement des gens). Personnellement, même si il sonne à chaque heure, le clocher de l'église proche n'a pas été un souci.
