"Our room was 79 degrees with no air on when we entered. Most hotels turn the air on for you when you’re about to arrive. It was too hot to stay in the room. Once the AC was turned on it cooled down after 30 minutes. Someone came up to help us as soon as we called."

"The property common areas were nice and clean. We had a great view of the river. However the elevator did not work and my 82 year old mom had a very hard time navigating the stairs. The staff was indifferent and unapologetic. Our room was not cleaned despite the placard in the room stating it would be cleaned daily. The fire alarm was beeping when we returned one day and was promptly fixed. Light bulbs were out in the room, also promptly fixed. The bathroom tub was leaking the entire time and...
