"Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. "Thr best thing about this hotel is the location - literally opposite the main lifts. Everything else is a little basic and uncared for. The staircase in our room felt like an under 12 carpentry project and the rooms are almost totally bare. Breakfast is good and its clean. Worst thing? Staff are clearly paid nothing and see guests as a nuisance. No welcome, no friendliness.
