"This is the best place to stay in Rocamadour. The hotel is located next to the main lookout point offering views of the old town. The path leading down to the old town starts next to the hotel. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. Rooms on one side have a view, others do not. The restaurant and bar are good. The staff are attentive, energetic, and friendly. Rooms are spotless. "PROS- Close to train / bus station and city center - less than 1 km. Staff was very nice, polite, and accomodating within their guidelines to follow. Our room window faced a passage that opened up to small patio, so it was very quiet. Room was clean with all white linens. Bed was comfy. Free Wi-Fi. CONS- Room is very small, about 2 ft space around the bed. We had ants in our room which we were told came from the garden and they did a treatment. No ice machine in the hotel. We were told that...

"Really good despite the weather. No evening meal but lots of restaurants close by. Night entrance meant that you could enter hotel as late as you wanted. Beautiful village. Lots of places to visit nearby, staff really friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking, either right outside the hotel or in the square. We used the hotel as a base to go sightseeing and as such it suited us fine. Highly recommended. "
