Total nightly fee of EUR 90 EUR for a quick driving pit stop is very poor value compared to other road hotels in France and Italy within a day's drive, which were both cheaper and much nicer (room, beds, bathrooms, surrounding areas...) The area was mediocre, the hotel is in a 'food/restaurant desert', the doors could only be closed by slamming them which meant overnight each time...

Avoid the restaurant which was very reasonable but produced 2 meals which had dried out meat and inedible mushy vegetables."

You have plenty of bakeries and shops around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We actually slept like babies as the bedding was so comfortable! "This hotel was easy to find and although we speak no French the welcome was warm and helpful. This hotel is the old French style so is quite dark inside but there is a great terrace where an excellent meal was served. After we ordered our meal we received a small pre dinner canapé which we assumed was complimentary as all other tables were served with this treat as well. The next morning we noted it was on our account as petit dejeuner for 18 euro but the person behind the desk did not speak...
