"Hotel is in the middle of a trading estate and cut off from everywhere breakfast was though very good and probably worth the extra money. Would I stay again no it’s a tired place no kettle in room as per the pictures and quite tired. "

Bathroom was tiny and badly laid out (oversized sink was an unavoidable obstacle between toilet and doorway) while the shower unit was very small. Shower itself was good. Beds were ok and sheets and towels were clean. Wi-fi connection was good. Location is also good; next to the rail station and within 5 minutes walk of most attractions. "We booked the hotel on Expedia around 10pm by 11:30pm we were at the hotel. We were not able to check in since there was nobody at the reception. We called the number provided, only to see the phone ringing at the reception but nobody to answer it. So we were left without hotel and 3 small children in the car. Obviously money was deducted from our account and now we have to chase the refund. I would be careful booking this hotel!!!"
