"Amazingly friendly welcome and great location. Good food at dinner, served during entertainment. Basic breakfast. Didn't get to try out the pool. Room did not have aircon but on an extremely hot day was nice and cool with the balcony door left open for a while. The surrounding area is spectacular. Particularly like the floodlighting of the rock face at the back of the hotel at night. Will be going there again."

"Only used for stop over, but very disappointed. Evening meal was indifferent - children's burger was raw, my omelette was swimming in oil. We had two rooms, both were grubby, and one had bathroom so small knees touched the wall opposite when on the toilet!! Didn't even bother bathing the children as bath dirty and tiles needed grouting. Plastic curtains were greasy, but bed linen was clean. However, beds piled high with horrible thick blankets which cannot possibly be laundered after each guest,...

"I was hacked off both with the hotel and with hotels.com. Upon our arrival, we found that this hotel was closed up and evidently no longer trading. The reception door was not just locked but chained up. There was no-one around. No furniture in reception and litter on the floor. Telephoned but the call was rejected. Had to find another hotel urgently. This was despite hotels.com sending me the usual e-mail a few days before reminding us of our booking and wishing me a good stay. I only hope that...
