"The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility."

I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...
