"Very close to downtown boston and Logan airport, lobby and restaurant are well kept and clean, staff was friendly and helpful BUT the bathroom was in need of a lot of work. There was peeling paint where it looked like water had damaged the wall and hair and dirt on the counters and shower wall. Also you have to pay for parking even though the parking lot is connected to the hotel. "

I had an issue at check out & the young woman helping me didn't even look at me the entire conversation. She could care less about customer service. The Housekeeping staff was great."

"Pleasant stay. The room we had was a bit older but still clean and comfortable. The real highlights were the friendly staff and the train set in the lobby for the kiddos! Breakfast was also nice with lots of options. "

"This is a good value. I liked the amenities in the room - mini kitchen that included a full sized fridge, microwave and cooktop. The wood floor made it feel cleaner than carpet. However, the hallways had dingy feeling carpets and a bad odor. I had to hold my breath every time I walked out of the room."
