"I have stayed at Sun Valley Motel multiple times and my experience has always been good. The rooms are basic but always clean and the properly is quiet and well maintained. This plus reasonable rates is why I return."

"Very run down motel (still early 80s). Not the hotels fault but a transformer went out, so no electricity from 5 to 10:30pm with temp was at 105 that day. Very hot room with a weak a/c. Finally cooling off around 4am. Was not happy. "
