"Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service. Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future "

"An unexpected stay here after a cancelled ferry at Heysham but what a gem, such helpful staff, off road parking, amazing food and spotless clean. Ignore any dubious reviews, yes there are tired spots but these are all far outweighed by the positives. Only a 15 minute drive to Heysham too…"

"The hotel has obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard with great attention to detail. The public rooms are welcoming and the customer care is exceptional whilst the bedrooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. A big thank you to Heather and anyone else involved in finding and returning an item we left by mistake. Would recommend and will return."

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."
