"There was an issue with the processing of our payment card that the lady said was a card error. She did not offer an alternative way to pay, such as manual entry. There was often no one at the desk. I requested a ground floor room due to traveling with my elderly father who has mobility issues. The request was accommodated. The tub however was not suitable for use for my father due to the floor of the tub being wobbly and poses a safety risk, even to someone without mobility issues. I...

The pool was closed for "servicing" so unfortunately we were not able to ejoy this particular amenity. Our only issue was that our room on the 4th floor was a bit too warm even though the air was running all night. I would stay here again. "
