"I phoned the hotel at 14:30 on my day of arrival, as I would not be arriving until shortly after 20:00. I was told that the keys would be left in a locked box, and I was given the code. Der Schlüsselcode war falsch um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. nach knapp 30min haben wir dann einen neuen Code bekommen. Der Zylinder der Tür zum Abschließen war defekt. Wir hatten uns telefonisch darauf gemeldet, es hieß, ein Techniker ist in einer knappen Stunde da. Das Telefonart war am 21.10.204. Am 23.10.24 war immer noch keiner da. das ist frech.
