They are even willing to assist with information for people who don't speak Spanish. If another guest isn't abiding by the rules and is inconsiderate, they will approach them so you don't have to. "The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. " This has been our 3rd stay at the hotel Lido. Personally my partner and myself Love it there for its convenience to the beach, restaurants and shops ect.. However it should be stressed to new visitors that the Lido like most hotels in the area is a 2 star hotel so don't expect 4 star decor also people new to the area should appreciate this is a working coastal town so don't expect the canary island experience. In saying this for those looking for a Spanish experience and a Lovely beach holiday...

Our return was not so good because there was a change of restaurant staff with dropped standards The previous staff were always cheerful and had enough English (serving all nationalities) to make eating there very pleasant.
