"When i was trying to check in, I had to wait over 30 min for hotel staff because he and the manager were handling something. Then i get to the room and there's dried up blue cleaner in toilet bowl which wont come off unless you clean it"

"Ok for a short business trip. In a shopping center so it was loud at night. Trucks picking up dumpsters outside my window early in the morning and you can hear the cars pretty well from the busy highway out front. Very friendly staff and a decent breakfast. "

"The only issue I had with the room was the amenities I needed and that can primarily be the website. I am disabled and I usually find out that after making the reservation I should call the hotel. I am always traveling with my daughter and grandson. We need 2 queen size beds, a walk in shower and a room close to the lobby. We were booked on the 3rd floor, a distance from the elevator and a bathtub. I wasn't able to take a shower and even though I checked off for mobility, the toilet area...
