"When I arrived i heard them tell another guest some maids had not come in. I was told my room was ready and given a key. The room still had its door propped open for cleaning so i asked a maid in the hall if it was ready. She said no, it needs towels. So she ran to get those. Once she did and i got in my room, i noticed the door was odd. Door latched fine but i could see the hall under where it latched. "Only issue i has was with check in through hotels app when i arrived at the property, 2nd time it happened, i do online check in, then when i arrive the property tells me that the reservation is canceled through hotels.com, then they run check in a couple more times and magically it goes through. Otherwise this hotel is super convenient easy access from interstate and very clean. "
