"This property is fairly small, just 2 buildings set up motel style with small office for check in/out. Check in was quick and i went to my room on the second floor with a view of the mountains from my sliding door and balcony. The bedroom and bathroom were average. Just small things were a little odd. the lamps in the room were not plugged in and there was no hair dryer. However there was a microwave, small coffee maker and fridge. "At the top end of Sedona, not sandwiches between businesses or other properties, the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble was perfect for our first trip to Sedona. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor heated pool was perfect for mild January weather. Having access to the timeshare clubhouse makes the nightly rate worth it. Plenty of parking. We had a room on the end. "
