"Check in and check out was very easy. The location was quiet and peaceful for a weekend getaway like we needed after the holidays. The location was perfect for visiting Great Barrington and within walking distance of downtown. When we got there, my husband opened the door saying it was the nicest Quality Inn he's ever been to (and that's saying a lot since he's picky). Would definitely stay there again and recommend it as well!"

Housekeeping very detail oriented - even made a bow of the top tissue in the box (so cute i didn't want to use it! :-)Bed very comfortable. Spacious room. Nice little porch. Hot tub on site next to pool. Could have been better organized/tidied with the towels but water was clean. Parking was convenient. Location near a grocery store and restaurants. Really enjoyed...

Only two small complaints - sound proofing could be improved as we heard the crying baby and dog from the room next to us much of the night. Also, three pillows on each bed, but they were all very hard - no give at all."

Arriving late, we were pleased to find that despite the office being closed, our check-in was made easy with an envelope left for us to access our room. The room itself was delightfully warm upon our arrival, a welcome relief from the chilly night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was a pleasant surprise with its modern upgrades. The hot water was plentiful, enhancing our relaxation....

"Nice pool and breakfast. Exactly like my previous experiences at Hampton Inn except this was probably the the fewest people I've encountered when staying with this chain. It was very quiet. Had the pool to ourselves for an hour."
