The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon. Today, When I received my lost jacket from them, I also received their warmth and kindness."

But otherwise it is great that they have a kitchen and a refrigerator. Sunrise was amazing "
