I loved it because it was away from the touristy area; I felt like a real local; hardly any tourist around. The owner of the guesthouse is so accommodating, down to earth and kind hearted. "Clean basic accommodations near the stunning Shoal Bay East. Comfortable apartment, reasonably well equipped, with somewhat overgrown walking path to the beach. Incredible views off the deck, cooling ocean breezes, friendly on-premise staff with daily housekeeping available Mon-Sat. Would absolutely recommend for value accommodations on lovely Anguilla.
