"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"I arrived by motorcycle and there is private safe parking in the courtyard for motorcycles and bicycles which is excellent. The owner met me (a fellow motorcyclist) and checked me in. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is tired but clean and comfortable. No Aircon but the fan in the room kept me nice and cool so all worked well. Small room and not much space for luggage but it is slap bang in the centre so you can't expect much else. Slept very comfortably and left early the next day."

"The Hotel is in a great location with easy on-street parking available, it is also in walking distance to the town center with nice restaurants and shops close by. The rooms are somewhat basic and the furniture looks a bit tired, but everything is clean and comfortable. The sauna and pool are great and a big bonus after a long day travelling. "Nice and big room for its price .Bathroom is OK. Very clean as well. Wifi Is excellent . The bar didn't work , there are very few places to eat outside in the area , especially late in the evening. The room was very cold. Heating came on the second day but not enough. Otherwise convenient for my trip to the tv station, within walking distance. "

"Check inn was good, dinner great, room nice however due to room location once I’d gone to bed the team decided to have dinner at the table directly adjacent to my room so it was very noisy also the check out lady refused to believe that we’d prepaid for our rooms & insisted we pay again despite email evidence form Expedia, she was also extremely rude & deliberately unhelpful."
