"This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, helping to take our luggages. However, an hotel with 3 stories should have an elevator. We were on the top floor. The room was a good size and clean. This was a quick stop on our way to Nice so the location was not important which is a good thing because it was not close to much."

Nos enfants ont adoré le terrain de pétanque et la table de ping-pong (excellent état). Restaurant au menu unique où tout est fait maison et de grande qualité également. "Das Hotel liegt in einem "ausgesprochenen" Ski Gebiet. Und so ist es auch entsprechend ausgerichtet. Man sprach Englisch und es gab alle Dinge wie Restaurant, Bar etc. Da der Sommertourismus nicht sehr groß ist wurde alles entsprechend reduziert. Kann man verstehen."

"Characterful but basic Chalet hotel. Perfect base for walking. The owner was a fantastic host - he explained the evening meal (local produce, excellent and cooked by his wife) in great detail.He also explained the available wines and, of course, the history of Chatreause. As we were leaving the next morning, he insisted we drive to the end of the valley before we continued South - wow! It was really worth it with stunning mountain scenery."

"personnel très sympathique, agréable et professionnel qui compense la vétusté de l’hôtel et le manque d’entretien: jacuzzi qui fuit dans la salle de petit déjeuner, pas d’eau chaude ni de pression pour la douche du soir, fuite d’eau du toit dans la chambre ….personnel à l’écoute mais impuissant… À noter également que les zones communes (piscine réception salon…) sont totalement fermées de 12h à 16h. Si la météo est défavorable, vous êtes contraint de rester dans votre chambre. Séjour correct...
