"The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. "The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. "
