"The place was clean but there are headboards around everywhere, being 6ft tall I could not stand up in all places. Quite frustrating and after hitting my head 3 times on the first night I decided to exit early and find another place to stay. It took 3 hours to get back my deposit. They also charged extra $$ upon arrival stating room rates but I had prepaid and then said it was government charges, I gave in but then would only take cash and didnt have change, unbelievable. "My husband and I stayed at Hop Inn overnight and the desk clerk who checked us in was very efficient, informed us that there no toothbrushes and soap that comes with the room (which is not a big deal for us, since we always bring our own anyway) Check-in is at 2:00pm but our room was ready before that . Wifi and cable TV, staff are very courteus and our was very clean."
