"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not...

Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Salle de sport pas accessible car les machines ne fonctionnaient pas dommage. Sur le site hotels.com cela nous dit qu'il y a une piscine intérieure au final plus de piscine juste une extérieur mais pas chauffée. Mais la dame de l'accueil gentille et agréable."

"We had the most beautiful stay and Jean Luc is the most perfect host. Always there when needed. We were a group of twelve half/half adults to kids ratio and easily there was room for more. The area is just beautiful and we enjoyed our walks in the nearby woods."

"I'm vacating my apartment in mons so have been staying at a number of local hotels. Stayed in room 113 for a week. My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an excellent stay, free coffee downstairs 24/7 and a room with a bath. We didn't bother with breakfast as plenty of shops/cafes in Mons. Very comfortable bed, i slept very well. Would recommend the B&B...
