"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra...

"The hotel has good value for money and it was comfortable. Unfortunately the common areas smell bad and it's clear that guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms so the odor in the common areas is bad."

"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. "The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future."

"NO pude hospedarme en este lugar. Parece ser que , AUNQUE ME APARECIÓ la reserva en web y el apunte del cargo monetario de la reserva, el hostal-hotel NO recibió la reserva (por no trabajar con hoteles.com), o bien hubo fraude, o bien el hostal se llenó el día que llegué (aunque reservé el día anterior). Algo raro, raro. Hoteles.com u hotels.com debe revisar este caso."

"Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"Beautifully restored site dating to 1490. Great attention to detail in the restoration. Host was excellent and easy to communicate with. It was a joy to stay here!"

"Bien comunicado con las pistas y con servicios de la zona. Podría mejorar las camas ya que no son muy cómodas. La calefacción estaba siempre puesta a temperaturas elevadas y era un poco agobiante. Por lo demás, todo bien. "

"The hotel was great for the money we paid. It was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room was a great size (room for 4 people) and nice and warm. It's not claiming to be a 5 star but I would stay again. We know the resort very well and knew where the hotel was located so no shock there, but I already planned on parking my car in the under ground car park by the lifts and using it as my locker for all our ski's etc, making the walk to and from the hotel not a great task as we were not in...

"Excellent in all respects, especially when price taken into account..£38 for double, including a very good, extensive continental breakfast was a 'steal'....and there was a pool and lift...this combined with a wonderful 'laid back' , friendly approach by the staff/owners who were always there when needed made for a very enjoyable, relaxed holiday experience."
