"Good place for layovers"

"The rating for this 2 stas hotel should be 4/10 instead of 7/10. We were staying with rats on the ceiling during our 4 nights stay in June. No hot water, toilet was crack, stains on bedsheet and pillow, fortunately, no smells, otherwise we will move out without hesitation. The staff even asked for additional fees when we did feedback at the counter."

"Hotel was closed for 2 months yet they received the booking. Got a number to call and check in from expedia when the hotel was closed. I went all the way and was left panicking as hotel was closed. No messages nothing. Terrible experience and so not trusworthy"

"Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms....
