"The idea of "Panama time" was prevalent on property. After traveling all day room was 2 hours behind for being ready, no keys given until requested on 2nd day, dinner offer by owners personal chef not prepared on time (left after waiting too long). BUT the owner constantly tried to make up for many things and that was appreciated. The dock was nice to relax on. The crew took people out for boat rides daily. "The hotel is in a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. The pool and deck are great to relax in and watch the waves. The restaurant food was good (need hour notice for dinner). The rooms are really rustic and ours did not have AC. Also, note that there is not a public beach on Isla Grande. We spent all day at Coconuts on the other side of island at their beach and would probably stay there if we went again. We were traveling with 2 teens. "

"A very nice place for Panamanian standards. It’s obvious they are in the process of fixing things up but some things still need a little work. The room and beds were very comfortable.
