"It would have been nice if they would let customers know before hand that parking was an additional charge. Also, when they came to clean the room they only made the beds and didn’t take the dirty towels or replaced them with clean ones. "

"Liked: Friendly staff, Complementary Airport shuttle, Choices for some food right there. And a couple gas stations. Dislikes: Majority of the local businesses right there and some hotel staff speak Spanish. I walked across the parking lot to get my nails done and I had to put a translator on my phone so she knew what I wanted etc. other then what’s mentioned above not much to do in area within walking distance. "

"I like that I had no issue parking and it was free, there is a free shuttle to the cruise port. Free shuttle to Miami airport. Though the breakfast wasn’t extravagant it quench the hunger so no complaint. Check in was easy. "
