"Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. The staff were so easy to contact, as well - very warm and friendly. It was the perfect place for us to recuperate after a particularly exhausting drive."

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Disappointed for the price. There is a new and old building for the hotel. I stayed in the old which was okay. The front desk noted there was a sauna but I could not use it because it was not in the price. The previous hotel I stayed at was less expensive and it was included. Towels were rough industrial towels for a kitchen not a bath. Breakfast was okay, breads were a bit stale. I think only a few people were staying at the hotel so the food was not as fresh. "

"We had a very good stay for five nights. The accommodation is run by a family with great hospitality. We enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner on site at the restaurant for three nights. "We chose Albergo Garni Defrancesco for our cycling holiday in the Dolomites because of the good price and location in Campitello din Fassa.
